Return Policy
WE OFFER STORE CREDIT
- You may return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving your order for online credit for the total price of the item(s).
- Item(s) must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed & unaltered)
- Item(s) must be from Lu Fashion's online store.
-Merchandise must have all tags, including any Lu Fashion's hang tags attached.
- We suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service, the company is not responsible for packages mailed to us. Exchanges or credits can take up to 2 weeks. We will email you once your item has been received and issue you your online store credit.
- Online store credit is applicable for 30 days from the time we receive the merchandise. All purchases with the credit are automatically "final sale" (no exchanges, no returns)

*Lu by Lolita, Seven by Lu and Lu Accessories are not responsible for online purchases.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following are not eligible for exchange or credit, and will be denied:
- Intimates, underwear, socks, tights, swimwear, jewelry, hair accessories, belts, scarves, handbags, bodysuits and beauty products.
- Returns received after 15 days of the original shipment date
- All items on sale, been discounted, be part of a special order or promotion
- Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains
- Shoes without the original box - the box must be free of damage, postage stickers or stamps
- IMPORTANT: Return postage will only be covered by Lu Fashion's in the case of damaged or wrong merchandising.
- Lu Fashion's reserves the right to decline the return of your item(s) if the above terms have not been followed.
